Google Retail Education

Google sells products through retail channels and needs to educate multiple levels of sales teams about the latest features of Google hardware. But there’s a big catch, we can’t use the devices or sometimes even electricity, so how do you help people learn about Google products without Google products? You do it by making learning fun.

We produced programs for visiting Googlers to interact with sales teams using games and interactive activities that foster team bonding while introducing product benefits. It’s the eat your vegetables with your dessert philosophy in that sales teams may not want to spend time training, but they will want to have fun with colleagues during work hours.
